About me My Goal is to have loads of people, enjoying working out alongside me.

I have always been active and participated in high level sport, especially football when I was younger. Once I stopped playing at a serious level, and started modelling, looking after my body but finding ways to satisfy my competitive edge became a key component. I trained as a PT but never really had the interest required to do this on a personal level, however I found a lot of satisfaction in helping people through posting my workouts I made up on social media.

I am targeting a group of people who aren’t after a rigid plan, maybe through lack of time or motivation, and who just want workouts they can follow easily when it works for them, with not overly complicated routines or exercises, and offering them encouragement as we train. I found great personal satisfaction in doing this through lockdown, and got great feedback from those who took part, so I wanted to find a way that I could feasibly do this alongside my current work.
Having run these live classes, I feel like I understand what the audience enjoyed and also could give a level that the abilities of the demographic were after. Simple workouts that were hard.

My Goal is to have loads of people, enjoying working out alongside me.
